Being born and brought up in Belgium, yet Paul has been spending most of his occupation time abroad, building his career in worldwide hotel chains within twenty-nine-year firm background in hospitality field including food & beverage management and executive chef .
 Fifteen years around the world successfully cooperating with Accor Group – one of the largest worldwide hotel chains; a few years playing the leading role in F&B Corporate Products & Development ( R&D) for nineteen hotels **** (*) of Sahid International, Indonesia, General Manager Food Court and Catering and Head of Supply Chain for Viet Thai International in Vietnam, Hotels General Manager  for MG hotels and also  Residence Manager  for the Us embassy in Luxembourg, the last past few year Paul was working as a consultant in hospitality business ; Operational hotel management - restaurant pre / soft openings - development  including  team  reassessment  to align business goals in the context of the current rapidly changing economic environment with an analytical approach to ensure maximization of profits. Financial planning,concept development, brand standards, marketing strategies, supply chain, mentoring, also meeting difficulties and new challenges by his knowledge, experience, especially his endless excitement and pleasure in a way to ensuring customer satisfaction through excellence in service.
